Boy was I wrong. 5 days til Christmas and I have got like 8 presents and need about 50 more it seems. And, when I allowed everyone to send me their ideas for gifts, I thought half of them were poorly thought through - so they will not be getting what they wanted...because what they wanted just wasn't creative enough!
What I got my family for Christmas
1. Wife - Cosby sweater (see right)
2. Brother #1 - My old baseball card collection; yes the one still at my parent's house
3. Brother #2 - cool vintage t-shirts, pre-worn by myself
4. Sisters (all under 12) - Over the Hedge DVD
5. Sisters (12 and older) - piece of cheesecake
6. Mom - Cosby sweater (moms need to know they are just an important as the wife)
7. Dad - skyline chili - lots of it.
I think that is awful generous. Let me know if you have any better suggestions. More christmas to come...

Wow...as the wife I deeply do appreciate the beautiful sweater....I'm pretty sure a family in south africa will really enjoy the hand me down...and like everyone else I did ask for something other than the sweater....a new husband. Guess I was not good enough this year :)
You don't hand Cosby Sweaters down. When you are finished with them you frame them in glass and hang them on your wall. IT IS GLORIOUS.
Excellent gift giving though Michael A. Sometimes I wonder to myself why I am single. Just remember Alicia, when you wash the Cosby, the Downy Ball goes in the Washing Machine.
